Some of the staff members were kind and helpful. We stayed at Hotel Aura for a total of 4 nights and it was an okay experience, not outstanding. Having said all these negative points, the rooms are very spacious and clean. This is out of the control of the hotel but would just like to bring to your attention in case you are thinking of staying here for easier travel to the campus. However due to the short distance, many taxis including kakao refused the job.

We thought that the proximity to the campus is a plus point. It was quite difficult to get taxis to go to Hanyang uni Erica campus, which was our main reason for staying at this hotel. When we collected the supposed new key card, the card could still open all doors. We feedback to the front desk and asked for the correct key card. We tried the card on the other rooms and it worked. We realised this because she accidentally used the card for another room and the door opened. The second thing was that one of our group members were wrongly issued the master keycard. This could potentially be a safety issue as others would know your whereabouts. There is a light outside the room at the door which would indicate whether there was a key card slotted into the mains which would then indicate if there was anyone in the room. We also felt quite unsafe due to two things.
When we asked for more towels, the front desk rudely told my friends that our group asked for too many towels. Some rooms were booked for 2 persons but there was only one towel provided in each room.
